Appointment System

Overview

Appointment System is a fictional SaaS concept built to show what a modern, agency-grade scheduling platform looks like for clinics, salons, spas, law offices, and vet clinics — from progressive onboarding and multi-office booking to a full productivity-style dashboard, at the same design quality bar as Linear, Notion, Stripe Dashboard, Vercel, Calendly, and Raycast.

The Problem

Traditional booking systems are stuck in the past: too many configuration screens before a professional can take a single booking, scheduling logic that breaks once there's more than one office, clunky mobile experiences, double bookings from the lack of real-time availability checks, and dashboards so complicated that front-desk staff need training just to read them.

The Solution

Designed and built a complete concept spanning a five-step progressive onboarding wizard, a calendar-first booking workflow with real-time availability and office-based scheduling, a productivity-grade dashboard with today's appointments, quick actions, and an appointment-details drawer, plus a fully responsive mobile experience — all wrapped in a minimal, spacious blue-and-teal design system.

Results

A polished, end-to-end SaaS concept covering 10+ interface concepts, 25+ reusable components, 5 core user flows, and 20+ responsive screens — used as proof of capability for prospective SaaS and web app clients considering a Cyberussell build.
