Hagnaya ResortOS

Overview

ResortOS is a full hospitality management platform built for Hagnaya Beach Resort & Restaurant in San Remigio, Cebu — a fast, photograph-led public site where guests book rooms, day tours, and events directly, and, behind a staff login, a complete property-management system covering front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, laundry, restaurant, concierge, and reporting.

The Problem

A resort taking bookings by phone and Messenger has no live view of room availability, no shared system across departments, and no record beyond memory and paper — housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk all working from different, disconnected pictures of the same rooms.

The Solution

Built a two-sided Next.js and Supabase platform: a guest site with live room and day-tour pricing and direct booking with no OTA commission, and fourteen staff-facing operational modules — reservations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, laundry, restaurant, concierge, day tours, events, and reporting — on an isolated, single-tenant database with role-gated access and append-only audit trails, backed by 80+ reviewed schema migrations.

Results

Live in production and taking real guest bookings for rooms, day tours, and events, with resort staff running daily operations — check-ins, housekeeping tasks, inventory — through the same system.
