TMS — Territory Management System

Overview

TMS is a standalone multi-congregation SaaS for organizing, assigning, and tracking territory work during field ministry — built with its own Supabase project, its own auth, and a fully isolated codebase from Cyberussell.com's other products.

The Problem

Coordinating territory assignments across a congregation by hand — paper slips, manual tracking, and no visibility into what's been covered — makes it hard for administrators and group leaders to stay organized or see progress in real time.

The Solution

Built a full Administrator module for managing territories, sections, blocks, and records with CSV import/export, an assignment engine with a QR-based publisher workflow that works offline and syncs later, and a Group Leader role with its own dashboard for generating assignments and reviewing stats, results, and partner activity.

Results

Live and in active use, with publishers claiming and completing assignments entirely from a scanned QR code — no app install, works offline, and syncs automatically when back online.
